The following statements are my opinions and experience: Had my pool built in 2021. I had higher expectations than what I got for 93k. The measurements were off and I was actually refunded money because of it but now I'm stuck with a pool that is smaller in size and there's nothing I can do about it, and my backyard is huge and can accommodate a larger pool.( editorial comment to response: no one is arguing that I received a refund or its timeliness or the fact that I changed dimensions and signed for them). Sundance Pools is a family owned and operated local business. The crew and owner/boss show up when promised and get the job done quickly and efficiently. I will be referring them to future clients. They are the best in the business!!!
This is probably the most extravagant purchase my husband and I have ever made and to say we were nervous is an understatement. We haven't always had the best experience with contractors. But Joe, Melissa and their crew were outstanding. Because of how our house is situated we came up with an unusual and somewhat complicated design with an infinity edge. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! I had a wonderful experience with Sundance Pools!! I found them on social media, reached out, and Randy came out and met with me. We sat in the backyard and talked about what we were looking for in a pool, what would work, different ideas, and he took measurements, etc. We decided to go with a free form pool. We hired Sundance to build an in ground pool for us in 2021. They had a very competitive quote and took care of all details including design. We love our pool ! We got a partial infinity edge, two plunge pools on the side, fire pit, colored concrete patio and beautiful pebble finish. We get complements on our pool all the time. It only took 3 months to build also, which felt very quick.
