The following statements are my opinions and experience: Had my pool built in 2021. I had higher expectations than what I got for 93k. The measurements were off and I was actually refunded money because of it but now I'm stuck with a pool that is smaller in size and there's nothing I can do about it, and my backyard is huge and can accommodate a larger pool.( editorial comment to response: no one is arguing that I received a refund or its timeliness or the fact that I changed dimensions and signed for them). This is probably the most extravagant purchase my husband and I have ever made and to say we were nervous is an understatement. We haven't always had the best experience with contractors. But Joe, Melissa and their crew were outstanding. Because of how our house is situated we came up with an unusual and somewhat complicated design with an infinity edge.
