After three different companies came out and said there’s nothing that can be done other than replacing my heater at $5000to $6000 Mac came out Tested a few things and said there’s absolutely nothing wrong with my heater. After an hour or so of Plumbing and removing unnecessary parts, my pool and heater are working perfect. I Command Mac on his expertise and going right to the problem. Sundance will be looking at my pool from now on.
Absolutely wonderful staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Owners went above and beyond to help me out with our pool and a birthday party deadline. Just nothing but positive experiences so far.
Great team that really knows it's stuff. Great advice and service and helped me get my pool from dark green to crystal clear.
I moved to Vernon about 2years ago and the property had a pool ,something I knew nothing about , how to keep clean it how the equipment worked,I phoned a few different companies and asked if they would be able to help me figure this out ,but they were to busy(I did get that),so I happen to drive by Sundance pools,and I went in,they were so nice and more importantly ,super helpful,they have come to my place twice a year to help open and close my pool and answer any questions that I might have about what I had noticed thru the... read more
