Sundance always does a great job they're very informative and they do free water testing it's nice to find a company that I can completely trust
Excellent to deal with from the minute we walked in the door. They helped us find the right hot tub for us and were very knowledgeable with all the different tubs we were shown. When our new hot tub was delivered, the guys were super friendly and willing to spend the time to go over every feature of the hot tub. Would 100% go to them again as well as recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a hot tub or anything pool/spa related. Thank you Sundance!!!
Had to return a new pump that failed and they upgraded it to a variable drive at no additional cost. While they were installing it the tech resolved a mysterious loss of water we were experiencing saving a long and costly investigation. Then they changed out the sand in the filter and upgraded the valve resulting in clear water all the time. Great group of people, awesome response time, communicate well, all at a reasonable cost that they let you know before they start work. Best pool company in town!!
I just had a solar blanket replaced by the employees of Sundance Pools and Spas, the crew was excellent. They replaced the cover quickly and ensured that the entire pool was totally covered. Thanks guys great job.
