We have lived here since May 2023. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We love living here. This is the third place we have lived in 3 homes in North County and by far this is the best place we have lived. Scott the park manager is great.
management should require those yards to be cleaned up. That was a big turn off to see all the bushes windmills and other plastic decor that jumped up the front of yards. It’s a bad impression especially if you want people to pay 1700 a month in rent on a space
