Very clean Care givers are very nice Staff over all are very nice It doesn’t have the typical assisted living smell
Update on my grandfather- the infection he received from the stay at Sundance, has spread to his heart. Which is not leaving him with very limited options. This place quite literally brought my grandfather to the end of his life, and fast. I beg of you to never let anyone you love step foot in this place. Ever.
Terrible place. Do not leave your loved ones here. Unsanitary living conditions and staff members who are barely trained and don’t speak english. DO NOT trust these people to take care of anyone. I wish I took photos of the dirty diapers and pads stuffed into dressers because they were too lazy to clean up and throw them in the trash.
From all three of my google accounts, because I feel so strongly about it- do not ever let anyone you love stay at this place. I am just doing my best to make sure you get to keep your loved ones around as long as you possibly can.
This place is really truly terrible. First to start, my grandfather had thousands of dollars worth of items stolen from him and his room. We still don’t know where they went. Then, he was pushed by another member ( they have dimenta- these things happen) but when it came time for an incident report, they tried to hand us false documentation that stated he fell.
