One of their trucks just almost had a head on accident with me because they were in my lane on Olive Barber rd. We had to drve in the ditch and almost into the mountain. Unbelievablely scary... someone needs a drug test.

This “landscape” maintenance business is lousy. They mow the grass down almost to the dirt, catch my stake for the dog’s tie out and have cut the metal piece so nothing can be hooked, bent another stake to the point it’s no longer usable, (these stakes are designed to be pounded into the surface of the ground, leaving about an inch of stake above ground for the connector to swivel as the dog moves, thereby preventing tangles.) Sundance Landscaping did a beautiful job in my backyard when the heavy rains in December 2024 caused a small landslide, taking out our old cendar block wall that was already compromised. I called and the owner, Steve, came that very day. He had the best bid also. They replaced the retaining wall with a drain pipe so the water runs into our drain to the street, put in a new fence and graded our yard so water would run out a drain they created. Contacted owner/manager Mr. Stephen Roddam in person to look at project twice, I never received an estimate . Gave up on this business ethical practices.

Watched someone in their truck throw a plastic cup out the window on highway 101 between Bandon and Coos Bay. People like this disgust me. PLUS how you gonna be a landscaping business and litter all over. Especially in our beautiful Coos county Forrest. All in all you don't wanna hire these people.
