We brought our girl here for an overnight back around Easter. She is a GSD and Donna was very upfront with us letting us know that it was good that her first time was just a one night stay since we didn't know how she would do if it was any longer. Well, she did great and she's been welcomed back anytime. She was clean, well taken care of, and so happy to greet me when I picked her up! Great place. They had taken such care with my kitten Jonny. I was a little depressed that Jonny had made friends with Tumble. I do highly suggest Sundance. They were highly recommended to me by my brother and sister in law who brings their mancoon cat (Mammoth) there.

After taking our dog to another kennel, he was freaked out for days afterward. At Sundance, he was excited to be going back. He seemed so at ease with the whole boarding process that it made my vacation so much better due to the lack of worrying about him. You can tell that the woman who works there loves dogs. So glad I found this place!

I wouldn't even give this place one star! I am proud to say that I do not lie, and that is what the owner of this place called me to my wife. We were there for 15 minutes and not once did this rude woman ever acknowledge our dog. When we pulled into the parking lot and got out of car, this rude woman was yelling at a dog and we were told that she would be there when she done. I feel bad for anyone that leaves their animal with this woman. Did I mention how rude she was!!!!!! Needless to say, we left with our puppy and no one... read more

This owner came in for boarding without required vac records and without food that the wife insisted the dog needed ( we offer iams).. I called the vet for verification. There was belittling being done but not by me. I have been boarding animals for 30 years. I did not tell him he lied but stated that I know what I tell customers when they book a reservation when he told his wife I never mentioned that info. I never had a chance to "acknowlegde" the dog because they said they would go home to get the food. I introduce myself... read more
