Umeica is great and she came by my room and Mary’s and introduced herself to us. She is really sweet and nice and I just wanted to let the powers to be get this. Susie and Paula are great as well and we really appreciate their sincere dedication to their job.
I was in Sundance in July 2026. I had revision on my right knee replacement. When I was asked if I wanted a bath I enthusiastically said yes. I requested pain medicine and waited 4 hours. When the aide returns for my bath I was in so much pain that I couldn't get out of bed. The breakfast was always cold and they didn't bring coffee. At the beginning of my stay I filled out a form giving my needs for the meals. I put coffee, bacon (I can't eat sausage), and occasionally the soup. Everyone that works there were nice and very friendly. The PT’s are great. I enjoyed my time here. Would recommend it to anyone.
They charge too much for little patient care. Multiple UTIs with my mom sitting in her feces. They want $266.00 per day. I get crap!
