Right off the freeway heading back towards CA. Very rustic inside. The first thing you see is a huge aquarium when you walk in the main entrance. Mermaid and feeding shows throughout the day. Great fish & chip special in bar/cafe next to aquarium. Cool Airstream RV at one of the bars that you can bowl in! And Bass Pro Shop is connected to Silverton too!
The hotel seems new but the hotel room is not too up to date. They are still using old fashion light bulbs which generates heat especially in the bathroom. The room is dark and the air conditioner is noisy. The bathroom is very small compare to many Las Vegas hotels in the strip. The restaurants are ok. There is midnight snacks which starts from $0.99. I loved the fish tank. Great rooms. Good rates.
They recently remodeled the buffet at Silverton. It's very modern. And the food is good too. They have the best desserts. They also remodeled all the rooms. They are all very clean and guest services is very prompt attending to your needs. I will definately be back on my next trip.
