The cart I purchased from Sundance several years ago had a service issue. It was electrical so I contacted them to coordinate a fix. It took them a week to pick my cart up and as of today, 1/29 a week later, I still know nothing except someone is working on it. Hopefully I’ll know something soon and I’ll get my cart back within a week or so.
Worst customer service I’ve ever had . Everytime I got the cart back from service there was another issue. Called to see about getting a service call and the employee argued with me and hung up. Would not recommend this place to anyone
