My golf cart battery suddenly died and left me stranded. Luckily, Addison from Sundance Golf Carts happened to be nearby loading a cart onto his flatbed. Without hesitation, he came over checked it out, and quickly offered to help. Addison went above and beyond - he loaded my cart onto his truck, and drove it to my home nearby. Sundance is hands down the best! I called around to other companies for help and felt like a burden. Then I called Sundance, they absolutely have the best customer service! I had lots of tedious questions and everyone I spoke to was more than happy to hear me out. Once I purchased my cart they offered free delivery! Addision was super helpful and showed me all the essentials! We will be using them for any maintenence and referring our neighbors!
