This developer continues to allow silt and sediment to damage our once pristine environment and flow into Lake Houston. It would be nice if they could be a better neighbor. Be warned if you buy here that infrastructure is critically lacking in Crosby. Foley Rd. is over capacity and there are no immediate plans to widen it and that FM 2100 is locked down every school day in the morning/afternoon. Me & my family went to look at houses & was greatly disappointed! The houses are cheaply built & they want all that money for them no thanks!
