I’m very disappointed with a recent claim I submitted with Meritage; they schedule a tech to come in today 01/06 between 12noon-5pm to address an issue with irrigation system as it seems there is an underground leak; I took off from work and was a total waste of time, no one showed up and aside from that all I get is text notifications. I need to speak with a real person. This is unacceptable and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this builder . My water bill is so damn high every month. Like for real!! Do not move out here. People have outrageously loud parties all the time and the HOA doesn’t care at all. Please move somewhere the HOA actually works
