Very disappointed with Meritage Homes. We’ve had multiple ongoing issues including poor AC performance, ventilation problems, and noticeable water retention in the front of our home that has never been properly inspected or addressed. Communication from the builder has been extremely poor, with repeated delays and no real follow-through after saying someone will contact us. For a new construction home, the lack of quality control and responsiveness has been unacceptable. No one should buy here expecting reliable construction... read more

I’m very disappointed with a recent claim I submitted with Meritage; they schedule a tech to come in today 01/06 between 12noon-5pm to address an issue with irrigation system as it seems there is an underground leak; I took off from work and was a total waste of time, no one showed up and aside from that all I get is text notifications. I need to speak with a real person. This is unacceptable and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with this builder . My water bill is so damn high every month. Like for real!!
