The apartment entry/exit door is backwards. There are safety issues concerning this.The hinges are exposed to outsiders and the tenant is unable to use their weight against the door to protect against intruders in case of emergencies. This is awkward. I dont know how this passed code. Also, the virtual tour is partially functioning only showing the upstairs and does not display downstairs.
An absolutely lovely community nestled into Celina. Fantastic brand new amenities and appliances from a pool, to shuffleboard, poker, gym, pool table, fridges, ovens and in unit washers and dryers! And of course super friendly and efficient help from Dillion at the office!

Dillion made the entire process so super easy & seamless! It was his personality, & of course the community, that made me want to call Sundance my new home! The community is well kept, the apartments are super spacious , & the neighbors all seem really seem nice and welcoming!
Communication was poor. I was told they would follow up, but on several occasions I had to reach out myself, only to find no progress had been made. This ultimately led to a loss of money.
