A few issues upon move-in, but Katherine and Dillion in the leasing office, along with the maintenance team (Eli and Anthony), were professional and quick to resolve. Apartment is very nice and the community seems peaceful. Looking forward to making Sundance Celina my home for many years to come.
If you are intrigued by the apartments facing the farm like we were & moved here for some peace and quiet, my only suggestion would be to rent out the ones AWAY from the fields. I believe the farmers are using bird scarer guns which are loud enough to wake everyone up at around 6:30am EVERY DAY and it goes on for hours and it’s been an absolute nightmare. I am aware there is nothing to do about it but I’d have appreciated if someone had warned us before we moved.
Amazing community with a ton to offer. If you’re interested in coming to Sundance then I recommend Dillon! He was amazing on our tour and showcased everything beautifully.
