Soap in rinse setting. This location had an equipment issue causing the high powered rinse setting to have soap in it making it impossible to properly rinse the soap off the vehicle. This had been an issue for at least a year at this location. However, after leaving a google review, the issue had been fixed.. but then a few weeks later I’m experiencing the same issue, again. This location had an equipment issue causing the high powered rinse setting to have soap in it making it impossible to properly rinse the soap off the vehicle. This had been an issue for longer than a year. However, recently they have fixed the issue and the rinse setting works as it should.

I would NOT recommend this location for self wash, at least not until they fix this issue. The “high pressure RINSE” setting has soap in it (see video) defeating the whole purpose of RINSE. Makes it take longer and cost more money. The car will dry spotty if you don’t rinse the soap off. Only way to get it rinsed properly is to use the “spot free rinse” setting which is low pressure and will end up costing you more.
