I initially had a less-than-perfect experience at the Sun Dance on Lititz Pike, but I was genuinely impressed by how they handled it. The team responded quickly, took full responsibility, and went above and beyond to make things right. That kind of customer service is rare these days! When I brought my car to their location on Lincoln Highway, it looked amazing afterward. Mistakes happen, but it’s how a company responds that really matters—and they nailed it. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

Soap in rinse setting. This location had an equipment issue causing the high powered rinse setting to have soap in it making it impossible to properly rinse the soap off the vehicle. This had been an issue for at least a year at this location. However, after leaving a google review, the issue had been fixed.. but then a few weeks later I’m experiencing the same issue, again. Only way to properly rinse the soap from the vehicle is to use their spot free rinse setting, which leads to more time and more cost. Definitely not the... read more
