Ashly and the service man were great. I won’t buy at Sundance ever again. Terrah never answered my calls or took care of an issue I had. Sales lied to me. I’m done!
Horrible experience. I bought a car from them two years ago which was decent. My issue comes with the customer service. The car only came with one key. They offered to pay half the price for a second, but told us it was on back order and would arrive in the next two months (am I crazy or does back order typically imply that it was actually ordered). 3 months later, I call back. "It's still on back order". I call again 3 months later and the conversation turns into, "let me contact someone and we will call you back". No respo... read more
The service department "kelly" and mechanic "Chris" did a wonderful job taking care of my needs very quickly and professionally. I hope they stick around the dealership. Great group of guys back there.
I had recently purchased a car from this dealership (which I love and really have not had any issues with) but I noticed my right back tire kept loosing air pressure and I’d have to keep filling it every couple of weeks. Well I took it in and they said they looked everything over and were super thorough and could not find anything wrong and that it must be the weather affecting the pressure.
