Some residents are smoking in their apartments, and the manager has no way to stop them. It's been more than two months, and the smell is circulating with the heater. It's adversely affecting health (increase risks of COPD and lung cancer...etc) and mood, and the situation has become utterly unbearable.
This was an absolutely awful place to stay and I couldn't have gotten out of there quicker. Our entire apartment flooded a couple of months after we moved in (there was over an inch of standing water) and maintenance did not come by to clean it for TWO DAYS. Our apartment smelled for months afterward and they didn't even replace the carpet! There were many other issues we had at this complex (our apartment flooded more than once, having to call maintenance three times whenever we had issues because they did not resolve them ... read more
Peaceful neighborhood, good public commute. The layout of the apartment is so convenient and comfortable for the stay. Really having a good time living here.
