There is a $500 deposit fee when applying and while applying for the unit, we called to clarify if we would get this reimbursed if we didn’t get accepted. The receptionist said yes so we applied. A few days later, we unfortunately had to pull out applications due to an unforeseen situation, and they said since it’s been past 48 hours we do not get our deposit back. I went to tour this complex last week and was discriminated against, based on having a section 8 voucher. The law changed in 2020 , Landlords are now required by law to accept section 8 as a form of income. I was wearing my meta glasses and recording when the representative of this company (I will not state the name as this time) looked me directly in my face and lied about not yet being approved to accept section 8 vouchers. Honestly a lot of regrets renting from this property. Units are extremely run down. Thick layers of paint poorly done make closing cabinets impossible. Appliances don’t fit into their proper places. No vents in bathrooms. Completely outdated. Advertisement photos on the website are a complete false depiction of what living looks like here. Unfortunately the price is too good to be true. You’ll get the cheap and low class experience you pay for.
Sure a wonderful experience, and I must add Diana is by far an icon on customer service. Back feb 2025 I had few things replaced with no issues at all. My water heater, dishwasher and garbage disposal. She also assisted me when I first moved in. I have read other reviews, not everyone will have the same experience. But you also have to be realistic, and yes this is also me sticking up for those who work here and are apart of the customer service.
