This review is long overdue. My wife and I hired Sundahl approximately 1.5 years ago after our unfinished basement began flooding repeatedly and was becoming smelly and humid. They promptly came out to assess the property and spent considerable time with us, thoroughly explaining why the flooding was occurring and presenting several potential solutions. I highly recommend Sundahl Waterproofing and Christian. From start to finish, Christian was incredibly responsive and professional. He came out the very next day to provide a derailed quote, clearly explaining the scope of work and the reasons behind his recommendations. The quote included photos, making is easy to understand both the issues and the proposed solutions. The work was completed with great care, and the crew was friendly and professional throughout the process. Overall, it was a seamless and positive experience.
Christian and the entire Sundahl team were great. Super professional, tidy and most importantly thorough. They were easy to work with and I always felt comfortable with their suggestions and open communication. The main foreman Jean was super knowledgeable. This was our second job with them and without question would book a third. I Highly recommend.
Very pleased with Christian, Greg, and team. They were educational in the bid process and competitively priced. Once work began, they were clean and diligent.
I had previously tried a contractor who basically scammed me. Sundahl waterproofing was fair, quick (2 days for a 50' drain in a tight spot) and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
