Overpriced, and they charge you for things you didn’t order, very shady business practice. I went to my bank and disputed the erroneous charge from them (since the owner refused to reverse it). Thankfully the entire bill was reversed and I got my money back! Take home lesson: CONTACT your bank and dispute ANY charge from this place that you know is wrong… stay away from this place!!!
DO NOT go here!!! This place is WAY overpriced and the quality of the ice cream is not that good. You can go to Bridgehampton Ice Cream (or anywhere else) and have a much better experience. The owner is rude and lacks character (you can even see that by how she insults her customers in these comments) and sadly she will always put her profits over taking care of her customers which is one of the first rules in business. Stay FAR AWAY from here!!!!
The customer service is awesome and everything is so good. I love coming here because it has such a positive and cool atmosphere.
I got yummy delicious ice cream here and the girl with black hair and HUGE lashes was so so helpful to my child with celiacs and special needs. Much love from Pennsylvania ❤️❤️❤️
I came here for the first time today while in Bridgehampton town and was really suprised with the variety of toppings they had! The melted caramel was really nice and they have such good sour candy! Not the mention that the three teenagers behind the counter were so kind and welcoming when I was rung up! Would recommend 10/10!! On par with Buddah Berry.
