My husband & I were due for a little treat, so we went on a whim after hearing/seeing lots of people talking/eating treats. Cute shop. Not an extensive selection. Staff was young but not very engaging. Not quite “exceptional” customer service as claimed. Tried a sample of salted cookies & cream…didn’t work for us. My general impression of Sundae is: great ice cream and sorbet, but consistently poor service. They have a points-based rewards system, yet every time I try to use my points, something goes wrong. The points aren’t honored, and the staff often seem unsure how the system works or how to resolve the issue. This time, I had enough points for a free small scoop. The serving size is really nice and the young lady waiting on us was awesome! She had patience with the large groups ahead of us. Overall a great experience!
Went with my mom for free ice cream on free ice cream day. Ice cream was good, however I had the app ready the entire time and I made it clear that the both of us wanted it for free.
