As a nurse manager in skilled nursing facilities that utilize Suncrest I have been extremely impressed with the care that Suncrest staff has with the residents on their services and even the residents not on their services. They visit their residents almost daily, and then help out with activity departments for all the other residents. Kim Wald has been exceptional at communication and always has the residents close to her heart.
My sister is on services and her nurse Marisa is amazing. She takes her time when visiting my sister and she explains everything thoroughly. This process would be difficult without her. Go with this company and ask for Marisa to be the nurse!
