Wish I could rate this company as a zero, but 1 is the lowest. To put it bluntly, Michael Ruefle is a crook and yes, I do have proof. Several years ago we ordered hose plans through this 'contractor' and when he received them, he kept the originals and when we decided not to build the house, this person built it for his sister near the lot we had money down on. The thief also kept the picture (as trivial as this is) we were to receive when WE paid for the plans. Really have to wonder how this 'contractor' has no reviews belw... read more
