"Your therapist was very professional and careful to do things by the book. Yet she always made us feel that she was a caring friend coming to help out, not a worker coming to do a job. She treated dad with respect and dignity. She talked to him, not at him, explaining what she was going to do each step of the way. If dad refused something, your therapist respected his choice. She understood dad needed some control of his daily life. She was friendly and conversational and shared dad’s sense of humor when it was appropriate.... read more
Angela and Johnetta offered excellent service to my dad. They were so nice and their visits were always pleasant and they were nice and explained what they did when coming out to see dad.
Appointment times are non existent. 2hrs late for appointment no call ahead for physical therapy, and then the nurse comes and does literally nothing! They should no longer be in business! I would advise no one use this service if you actually want service. Ins shouldn’t pay them, because technically they are filing a claim for services not rendered.
