It's hard to believe that almost a year has passed since we first discovered a water leak in the deep corner of the guest bedroom closet. A quick inspection under the house revealed a much larger issue: a waterlogged HVAC system, water pooling on top of the protective plastic covering, a wet foundation. Given that it was a Friday night, we promptly reached out to our original plumber. we sold our condo very quickly thanks in part to the beautiful kitchen you and Greg did so many years ago. All the potential buyers mentioned the kitchen as being gorgeous ( very European … 😊 ). This kitchen was most certainly a decisive factor, among the view of Mount Rose.

We couldn't be happier with Suncrest's work finishing our basement and bathroom remodels. Starting with the design process, Vicki/Nisha and team came up with an incredibly creative design to maximize storage while creating a beautiful and efficient layout in our two small bathrooms and basement. We had very few changes during the construction phase of the project, everything went pretty smoothly throughout the remodel. Huge thanks to Dan, Mark and and a great selection of subs. The end product exceeded our expectations.
