BUYER BEWARE when it comes to MAINTENANCE: If your solar panels need servicing, you're screwed. Here is our story: We got our solar panels last October. Installation when smoothly. However on July 10th 8 solar panels went out in our home array (less than a year after installation). We called GoodLeap LLC who was supposed to be in charge of maintenance...they told us to call Suncovia. We have been very happy with our experience with Suncovia. Everything happened just as they said it would.
Dealing with Suncovia made getting solar so easy. Dallas kept me posted every step of the way. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had. They drew up the plans, got the permits and did the installation seamlessly. Coming to Tenats Harbor was no problem. They started in the morning and were done mid afternoon.
Very good experience and they took all the work out of it for me. Just review and sign the papers, Suncovia did the rest very quickly
