Shit service! Atm takes $ than have to wait 21 days to get it back!!! Happens more than once
I swear this branch gets worse staff in/out the back office door and ONLY ONE PERSON on teller doing not only cash transactions but also other Non transactional enquiries! Half an hour waiting just to do a 2min deposit WHAT A JOKE!! I am told the branch manager Crystal doesn’t have an email address to send my complaint to? So Google here it is!!! PICK UP YOUR GAME SUNCORP

Terrible service, I did a coin deposit at the Helensvale branch before close of business. Receipt says will be deposited the same day. The next day still not deposited, went in and was given the excuse the have to physically count it themselves when they decide to empty the machine, apparently they don’t have 2025 technology and are still in the 70s way of banking. Very long story short, I am submitting this review on behalf of a client who has had two awful experiences with the Suncorp branch at Helensvale. As part of my professional role, I assisted one of my clients to certify and submit her principal (form-owner)-certified copy of her Enduring Power of Attorney to her bank branch for filing in her financial records.
