Embarrassing service. Coin deposit wouldn’t work. Neither would automatic note deposit. Went in to the bank, a line up of 6 people to one teller. 2 of them people were elderly and needed to sit down while waiting. All the while 3 young men did absolutely nothing to help anyone. Just walked around ignoring customers. We walked out and will be changing banks. Disgusting but expected from banks theses days
Tried to give details of upcoming trip to Vietnam and was met with refusal to take details by a very offensive young man who insisted he was not there for that and insisted I use the app. This i do all the time but as I was passing just popped in. I help pay your wages young man.
I can not express how dissatisfied I am with Suncorp Banking both branch and online. Our business account has been frozen due to “get to know your customer” policy! We have been with this bank/building society for 40years - if they don’t know us by now they never will and pretty soon, once we have access to our account again, they won’t need to know us!!! If this is a result of the ANZ takeover it would not surprise me.. A 1 star review is being very generous
Ok this is not working the no teller thing...just lclised my accounts at Westpac and you're next ...it's a rediculous situation you've put the customer in ...we are not interested in your digital agenda .. Amanda
90% times Deposit machine not available, very few staff, have to wait 20-30 mins just for Deposit money, and even then you get yelled at very unprofessional and Rude lady,
