Terrible service, I did a coin deposit at the Helensvale branch before close of business. Receipt says will be deposited the same day. The next day still not deposited, went in and was given the excuse the have to physically count it themselves when they decide to empty the machine, apparently they don’t have 2025 technology and are still in the 70s way of banking. Very long story short, I am submitting this review on behalf of a client who has had two awful experiences with the Suncorp branch at Helensvale. As part of my professional role, I assisted one of my clients to certify and submit her principal (form-owner)-certified copy of her Enduring Power of Attorney to her bank branch for filing in her financial records. Heading to Suncorp Helensvale? Pack your thermos and bikkies, charge your phone and grab your swag, because you’re about to set up camp in the foyer. 9 staff visible, 1 counter open. The front desk greeter welcomes you in, but does little more than direct you to the back of the line. Another greeter roams the campsites with laptop welded to her arm like some kind of cyborg. Another bank that thinks it’s ok to open at 9:30 and close at 4. My kids do more hours in school.
I used to experience shockingly bad service with this bank, but recently they have undergone a renewal. I must say, customer service has improved.
