I never ever had any problems with Suncorp this is way I have had this bank now for over 20 years. I see some complaints in here, and it makes me angry to see people whine and stress over nothing. Get a life please and learn to respect everyone especially the Suncorp staff. Thank you.
Staff were helpful and nice. Just the whole process was a bit long. Still nice though.
Today I was waiting in line and the elderly lady in front of me was talking to the server trying to understand how to access a recent loved one’s inheritance who she was the benefactor of. Rather than treating her with compassion and taking her to one of 4 empty rooms with 4 people in doing nothing, instead they kept her on her feet, talking to her in front of strangers.
