I can't believe anyone with an ounce of morality would import cheap chinese 'parts' and advertise on the home page of their website 'OEM Remanufactured in the USA'. I bought air struts for my Audi from Suncore and received them quickly. Box said "made in china'. I was optimistic, although this was the second replacement set of shocks I've tried (first set both shocks failed/ leaked on installation). I ended up having to replace the rear Airbag Shocks on my 2007 Ford Expedition three times and the Air Pump twice! They were replaced under warranty, but when they failed again, I was informed that they would no long warranty their defective replacement parts again... I was out of luck. As other reviews stated, trying to get through customer service was a nightmare. I personally would not recommend Suncore to anyone I know! How they stay in business is a wonder to me.

I would never use this company again and recommend that no one else does! The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. I ordered 2 rear re manufactured shocks and I am certain that I could have bought better shocks from a junk yard. They were damaged and after over a week of trying to contact anyone to help me, they sent another shock and that too was damaged. I have been trying to get customer service to help with a return for refund for 4 weeks now and still nothing.

Extremely poor customer service. Mail the wrong parts even after I questioned them about what they were mailing me, mechanic calls wrong rear shocks, said they would mail right ones with return shipping label, no return label. Car now sits uneven. They never return calls until a week later, then the number they call on is not available to return call. I should of gone with StrutMasters. DONT. DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.

They have the poorest customer service . I asked for 2nd day air,pAid extra and wrote them saying I needed it by the weekend. They sent it and I’ll receive it Monday. I called and ask why they didn’t email or call me saying it wouldn’t make it.(I would have overnighted). They said basically too bad. I asked about the comment I sent them they told me they don’t read them that it’s for ups. They didn’t care that I needed to be at work Monday. Like I said they basically said too bad

Front air struts failled after 9000 mile. Will not replace them. Their web site state lifetime warranty. I was offered a pair at a discounted price. I will never deal with them. BE CAREFULL
