Customer service is garbage, service-line mailbox is full, and they jerk you around for any kind of help they do give. And not that it would be an issue for ANY other reason, but they don't even send someone that you're able to communicate with when they finally do send someone out. I fixed it myself. Hello, this email is regarding a repair to the J box of the solar panels, which was installed with pieces of the previous roof, which is a different color, and they put too much glue around it, aesthetically speaking, it does not look good and could cause a water leak in the future.
