Zero stars! Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since January, it's now July. My Gateway hasn't been reporting to the app in my phone since October! Multiple messages left no one has called me back, since January!
They are very expensive my bills hasn't lower bad customers service very pushing
UPDATE** Well here I am again, with another issue. I have called this company 3 times, leaving 2 voicemails, with no call back, and also emailed this company. Currently my panels are not producing at all and I need them repaired. I have had a whirl wind of experiences so far with getting my solar panels up and running but in the end, Suncor made sure I was taken care of and not left in the dirt. This company is a scam they offered to put windows at my house and been saying they’re coming to install them for over a year now and never get here,If I could ill cancel the contract. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR FALL FOR THEIR TRICKS.
