Impressed by the management and staff who were able to get my infloor pool cleaning system up and running as it was designed to do .Great communication and attention to details .Managed to repair one of the pumps which saved me heaps instead of putting the work into the too hard to basket and simply replacing the whole pump .5 star service

We understand businesses are busy in the area but after waiting nearly 3 months to get service and repeated follow up phone calls we have to head elsewhere.

Never again! Now have to pay someone else to replace and install the pool tiles they damaged during installation of pool which, which weren't installed correctly in the first place.

Where to start… waited over a month on a job that kept getting pushed back to the next week, multiple attempts at contact with no real effort made back. After the month of waiting I have then drove past one of the workers on a small lane street, we stopped to chat, I was on shift at this time, he had noticed my passenger and called him a dog among other slurs then drove away, then proceeded to tailgate me on the highway, throwing his hands up and driving stupidly while overtaking me on the highway. contacted sun pools at while ago and they made no contact so unfortunately we contacted another pools service company from outside our area . Bitterly disappointed with the outside business . Sun Cool Pools contacted a good 8 weeks later and offered to come check the pool and service it , we thankfully agreed . Excellent service , amusing friendly guys, honest and decent . They seem full of knowledge and the price point was excellent . Weve booked them for a monthly check on their performance of the first visit .
