1. We had a system placed about one year ago. Since then we’ve had water in our attic. Have had multiple HVAC people and one ultimately identified a roof leak. Roofers came out and identified two leaks under the solar panels. They assured me that every reputable company fixes leaks in the roof for at least two years. SunCool claims they are not responsible for leaks because “ their system of attaching the panels never causes leaks.” All the roofers laugh at that. 2. Greg, Kelsey and the team at SunCool Energy have provided us with a fantastic solar experience. From the planning stage to the installation of the system everything went flawlessly! The one issue we had was tons of rain the week we were scheduled for our install. We were hoping Greg could stop the rain be he doesn’t have such connections. SunCool was outstanding to work with for our home solar installation. They were very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell us. The entire team was great to work with and was very responsive throughout. Installation was completed in one day. They took are of all the permits and inspections. Everything was seamless. Would highly recommend them if you are considering solar for your home.
