Chaotic, missed appointments, long delays, suprises in pricing, instructions to demo areas of our house (that changed multiple times in emails), and long delays in connecting us to service. Once connected, saw no batteries online, I was brushed off by personnel online, and when I finally had enough, someone showed up at our home and found out the batteries were provisioned to the wrong account. We received highly professional service from SunCommon from the initial sales contact with Nick to the implementation overseen by Jake. They were flexible in dealing with our complicated schedule, were quick to respond to our queries, and delivered exactly what they promised. The installation crew were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.
We purchased and had two Franklin storage batteries installed at our house. We did so to provide us with power for the house during power outages. The team at Sun Common did a great job with all aspects of the process.
I rarely leave a bad review for business however, this company truly is deserving! Years ago, I signed up for solar share program and also encouraged my parents to do the same. What a mistake! Their billing was always very hard to follow and I never really knew if I was getting what I was promised. I suppose I just trusted the company. Nick on the sales team made sure I understood all steps in the process, and clearly laid out options along the way with a clear passion for promoting renewable energy.
