I would give 0 stars if I could. Our panels have not worked for almost 2 years. Sent a repair person after 6 months of trying to schedule it. They stopped working again a few weeks later. Took another 6 months to get another repair person to come that person said it was an entirely different issue. They had to replace the invertor. Then the repair guy quit so my husband drove an hour and a half to pick up our $1200 invertor that they can't install!! Customer service is terrible - stay far away from this company.

This company seems to disregard existing customers in favor of new installs that make more money for them. I pursued getting them to perform a needed repair on my home solar for nearly two months, paying them $250 just to get on a list for an appointment, and only until I kept asking for updates on when we'd be put on their schedule they finally admitted it wasn't going to happen. My experience with SunCommon was unfortunately marked by delays at nearly every stage. SunCommon accepted my deposit to replace a failed inverter on my existing solar array and scheduled a date to perform the work. No technician arrived on the scheduled date. I was subsequently told that they could not provide a new service date and was advised to contact another company to complete the repair. These guys installed our commercial solar system and now refuse to service it after experiencing issues with our inverter. Would not recommend.
