They shouldn't have installed on this roof that came with the house I bought. The rafters are undersized by 6" and the solar weight is causing flux and a bunch of leak issues. All of which SunCommon is claiming isn't their fault...Don't install on roofs that aren't up to code! Expect to pay out the a$$ if you ever need the panels removed to do maintenance, but don't do it yourself or you'll void your warranty. We had a great experience working with SunCommon. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful throughout the process and were quick to respond to our emails. They were open to feedback and worked with us to meet our specific project needs. Our sales person, Kris Hyrcun especially went above and beyond and continually made herself available when we questions came up. I would highly recommend working with SunCommon and we hope to work with them again in the future.
It's like these people aren't interested in doing business, I left a note that I want to install solar panels, received a message that I have to schedule a time to talk to them, some customer service, I waited patiently for my allotted time, when I didn't get a call I emailed Claudia and called and called, no one picks up the phone.
