No customer service. After several callas and emails, still waiting 7 months for a software upgrade. Will be contacting the BBB to resolve.
UPDATE: it has now been 3 years and my system is still not fully installed and working. Do not work with these people I am now going to have to sue them just to get my system to work. Dishonest, just want to take your money, run away from SunCommon. Have been waiting for them to install for over three months past when they said they would install. I have had the SunCommon CSA for many years and been very happy until this year. However, very recently I moved (end of November) and wanted to bring my credits with me and was told I would be able to. However, after 9 months of repeated asking via email and calls, the credits have not been transferred, and I'm still paying the monthly service fee.
