Have been waiting for them to install for over three months past when they said they would install. I have to email them any time I want a status update, and they seem completely disorganized and confused about what is happening. If I could cancel the contract I have with them I would. It’s now been two more years and the system they installed is still not working. They keep coming to fix it and then declaring something isn’t working and then I don’t see or hear from them for weeks. At this point I’m p sure this is a scam.
I EXPECT AN OFFICIAL CLEARING AND CANCELLATION OF MY ACCOUNT AS IVE SPOKEN WITH A REP TWICE AND WILL CONTINUE TO COMMENT ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS AND COMPLAIN TO THE BBB IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED
.sun common is great company..design, installation, project management..all great..installation guys did it on the coldest, windiest day of the winter..and it works great...project management patient and informative.
Impossible to cancel the community solar. We've called every number on the website. We're trying to install solar on our roof and we can't get an answer from any number
They shouldn't have installed on this roof that came with the house I bought. The rafters are undersized by 6" and the solar weight is causing flux and a bunch of leak issues. All of which SunCommon is claiming isn't their fault...Don't install on roofs that aren't up to code! Expect to pay out the a$$ if you ever need the panels removed to do maintenance, but don't do it yourself or you'll void your warranty.
