I have purchased Porsche parts from Suncoast Porsche Parts over the years and have generally had positive experiences. I have purchased several items from them and almost every time they have delivered exceptional service. But saying rhis last ordwr was a sour experience. Felt like they treated me like I was lying and was not taken seriously when I expressed my concerns on a purchase item. Might have been the customer rep but regardless have left a sour taste towards them.

Nick in the parts department is magnificent in customer service, super thorough and attentive to detail. Suncoast has always been very good, reasonable in prices and ships quickly. If you need a friend to help you fine tune your order, so not only you get exactly what you need, but you get it when you need it, Nick is the guy .Iam not giving 10 stars because is not possible!.
