Had wood heater installed. Great . No complaints . We have painted inside our house twice . Problem has not been delt with satisfactory. Very difficult to get response to phone calls and messages . May have to take other action and use other means to deal with this . Interior awaits 3rd painting .

I cannot speak too highly of the prompt, professional and courteous service from Renee and David in particular. My request and concerns regarding our existing heater were answered and addressed within 24 hours and I could not have been more happy with them….I can only speak from the experience of dealing with them and as such, cannot recommend them highly enough.
I paid over $100 for a quote to replace our woodheater and they refused to give me a breakdown of the quote. The quote totalled over $6000 and all I wanted to see was a breakdown of the costs involved which I thought was very reasonable but they said they couldn't provide me with this information.
Awesome... right from the initial call for a quote to the final installation of our beautiful fireplace. Renee and David are down to earth and very approachable people. Highly recommend this company for all your fireplace needs.
