This is a very good company. I worked with Austin who was on time, patient and explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend this company!
Had a great experience with Suncoast Films! While I have had prior experience with window films, there are always new versions and manufacturers. Suncoast carries a wide variety and Austin made a usually difficult decision very easy by asking about our requirements and expectations. That helped narrow the selections and his experience and knowledge led us to our final selections. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants 3M film installed on windows. The sales rep Austen White was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very low key and impressed us with his honesty and demeanor. The office girl Dakota is very professional and courteous. She took care of all appointment times, scheduling and payment flawlessly. The installer Jeremiah was excellent, just as Austen said he would be. He had all nine windows done in approximately 3.5 - 4 hrs. His work was perfect. We couldn't be happier!
I'm very pleased with the window film and the very neat way the installer left everything. The bird that had been hitting the windows has never been back to annoy me. Thanks for the great work.
From Austin the sales/estimator, to Dakota in the office, and Jeremiah the installer, this was perhaps one of the best customer experiences I have had in a very, very long time. I would enthusiastically recommend this company. If every retail and service provider offered this level of service and quality, the world would be a different place!
