Excellent customer service. Efficient installation. No complaints. One star removed as company policy is to make total payment in advance of installation. Fee charged for splitting payment into deposit and then balance due on completion of work. Not a good or fair business practice.
The whole experience was great. Austin came out and measured and film installed quickly. Installer was very professional and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend Suncoast Window Films. I am having them come back and do my front doors.
We had some film added to our front doors by Suncoast. There was a minor issue after the install and they were prompt with a response and resolution to the problem. Great customer service after the fact. I would recommend Suncoast Window Films.
