Worst receptionist ever. Would not scan my insurance. This place is a scam.

I was seen in this office in May of this year. This office failed to take $25.00 copay at the time of visit. Instead of calling me while I was still at our house in Florida they chose to turn me over to collections. When attempting to straightened situation out office hung up on me. Ver rude front office. MD was nice but referred me to Vein MD who never showed up for my appointment and billed me anyway. Very unprofessional office staff.

Spent a week going back n forth with Optimum insurance to get a surgery and another 2 days trying to get bowel prep for a triple A aneurysm repair. Finally got an appointment. Spent 4.5 hrs on a pre-op bed . During that 4.5 hrs Dr. Gelenias came to see me ...said he was assisting with another surgery and I would be in a.s.a.p. Then later I was told that Dr.Gelenias "didn't feel well". I was told to go home and call for reschedule. Who's gonna reimburse me for the $30 00 in fuel to travel across the county for nothing ?
