I prefer no start but I click 1 start- Today I had an appointment with the urologist at 11:15am (as a new patient, I arrived early to check in). At the front desk, I asked about the interpreter, and I was told the nurse was working on getting a VRI (video remote interpreter). I waited about 5 more minutes before b being called back to the exam room. In the room, I continued waiting for the VRI to connect, but no interpreter ever appeared.
