Customer service was lukewarm at best. Came here on the recommendation of a dear friend and was treated as if I was interrupting their day. Only one person even acknowledged us and then I was parked in front of a computer to do what I have been doing at home for weeks. Wouldn’t even show me a bike. I understand I couldn’t purchase one in the store but to not even let me see a similar model was ridiculous. I’ve got six people in my family. Received a new bike for Christmas. Nothing fancy, just a basic bike. Took it to Suncoast Trailside Bicycles to adjust the brakes and make sure it was put together properly. The staff were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Every time I have visited Suncoast Trailside Bicycles the guys in the shop are so nice, they really take the time to help you, explain things and spend as much time as necessary with you. Even gave me a free skewer when mine seized up once! I've had a tune-up on my old bike and they were honest about what it did and didn't need. When I finally decided to take the leap and buy a new bike (a big purchase for me), I chose to come here because of the previous positive experiences. The absolute best in town as far as product, prices and customer service. After getting some serious damage on my trek, the guys at the shop went above and beyond to repair my bike back to normal and looking brand new. Also came out in the pouring rain to help install the hitch rack when I went to pick up my bike. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
We had talked to a competitor the day before who didn’t seem too interested in selling us a trike. We took a trike in to Suncoast for adjustments and they took so much time with us. It was wonderful and we bought a new trike from them on the spot. Yes customer service does still live. Thank you Suncoast Trailside Bicycles on Rt. #54!
I brought my bike in for repair. It was very reasonably priced. My bike was ready before the estimated date, it only took a few days even though they ordered a part. They even helped me load it in the back of my SUV. Happy customer
