Basically got the same response as most of these reviews. Poor communication and was not interested in the business. Wanted five pallets delivered to the SRB, FL area and they didn’t even want to bother. Save yourself the frustration and the phone call and move on to the next sod business. The ol’ lady answering doesn’t enjoy her job. They apparently have enough business to not bother with you! Good luck!

Tried to get information/quote on sod. Spoke to two different reps, both seemed bothered by my calls. Wouldn't answer specific questions about installation or the product. After seeing the other reviews like mine with horror stories after purchase, I will be going with another company due to the poor customer service experience. I would imagine the rest of the process would be even more painful.

The sod was very thin and falling apart and the staff was rude over the phone. When placing an order for the third pallet of sod, I placed a call to make sure it was ready for pick up, the staff informed me it had not even been cut and didn't know when it would be. With Suncoast sod having my order, name, and number on file, not one employee called to inform of the problem. Therefore, I recommend calling before,during, and after purchasing sod from them. Wasted trip cost gas and time
