I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I saw Cynthia Spencer, APRN, for persistent eyelid dermatitis that was significantly affecting my quality of life. I was prescribed 2.5% hydrocortisone cream, and when it didn’t help, I returned multiple times over the next 10 months as my rash worsened and spread.
