I would never trust a word that they say ever again, had me sign doc that was stright forward about the whats going to happen and then did the exact opposite, went to talk and try to get a understanding of were the misunderstanding had happen and they play it off like it's a normal thing. Even after the long wait and they pull out there reason as to why they still read cort order wrong when the doc right in front of them, they left a bad taste of professionalism, don't want someone else falling for there lies and deception,
