I've been trying for several hours to get through to the lecanto office, no one answers in the mailbox is full and this is their main number. Unacceptable!
There would be 3 people in the front desk and none of them bother to answer the phone. This happens at all locations.
I seen Erica Clark ARNP she was a joke ! I asked them to refill all medications migraine, medicine, water, pills, antidepressants a few others I asked for a referral for Arthritis doctor. Also my right hand is swollen due to arthritis and I asked her for the prednisone for that and she didn’t bother to send that over at all. Why does this Dr’s office never answer the phone or return calls? So frustrating!
Was a patient here for YEARS Made appt for medication refill, found at at check in there was a change in my assigned PCP, I called my insurance to switch it back, then called SPCS to make another appointment, and now all of a sudden they do not accept my insurance any longer ? Would not let me pay out of pocket, said it was insurance fraud? Are we not allowed to go out of network? Rude front staff, non caring and dismissive.
