Dr. Villacastin has a calm, reassuring presence that really put me at ease. He listened without interrupting and explained my test results clearly. You can tell he truly cares about his patients.
I was nervous about switching doctors, but I’m so glad I found this place. Everyone made me feel welcome, and the visit didn’t feel rushed. It’s rare to find a practice that’s both efficient and warm.
I've been trying for several hours to get through to the lecanto office, no one answers in the mailbox is full and this is their main number. Unacceptable!
There would be 3 people in the front desk and none of them bother to answer the phone. This happens at all locations.
I seen Erica Clark ARNP she was a joke ! I asked them to refill all medications migraine, medicine, water, pills, antidepressants a few others I asked for a referral for Arthritis doctor. Also my right hand is swollen due to arthritis and I asked her for the prednisone for that and she didn’t bother to send that over at all. I’m supposed to keep suffering with my finger swollen and the palma and swollen.
