Great Doctors and staff. Always friendly and a pleasure to be with.
The most aggravating office in the WORLD to get through. These doctors have a call center in the Philippines answering phone. The call center is extremely unprofessional. For some time a nasty girl was leaving messages on voicemail TELLING ME I have to go get my annual or I will lose my Medicare (I WON’T) when I went in later on I played these rude voicemails for one of the docs who seem concerned and did apologize but absolutely nothing was done! I’ve been to plenty of doctors over the years, but this office feels different. Everyone is kind, patient, and genuinely seems to care about helping you get better. My appointments always start on time, and Dr. Villacastin explains things in a way that makes sense. He doesn’t use confusing medical jargon, which I really appreciate. It feels good knowing I have a doctor who’s both smart and approachable.
I switched to this office a few months ago and honestly, I wish I had done it sooner. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they actually answer the phone when you call! Dr. Villacastin took his time during my visit, asked the right questions, and really listened. You can tell he cares about his patients and isn’t just rushing through appointments. It’s rare to find a doctor who gives that kind of attention anymore.
I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my health since becoming a patient here. The team is attentive and proactive, and I feel like I’m always in good hands. It’s reassuring to know I have such reliable care.
