I had to drop my insurance information off twice . I waited & called 4 times, to get an appointment. Because I needed a referral . Over a month went by to be told, they didn’t even handle ,my insurance. I showed them my insurance card in person over a month ago . The staff is friendly but not trained . I wasted over a month . I've been using Suncoast Primary care for 6 years now. They have always treated me with respect and care. They can even work you in if you have an emergency and your regular doctor isn't there that day. I highly recommend them!!

The most aggravating office in the WORLD to get through. These doctors have a call center in the Philippines answering phone. The call center is extremely unprofessional. For some time a nasty girl was leaving messages on voicemail TELLING ME I have to go get my annual or I will lose my Medicare (I WON’T) when I went in later on I played these rude voicemails for one of the docs who seem concerned and did apologize but absolutely nothing was done!
