I'm giving 5 stars to the all the Dr. And their assistants. But the one guy that sits at the desk. Doesn't know how to talk to another grown person. Yesterday I was there and he went on about me not answering the phone when they call to approve my appointment. He Didn't ask me why. He just raddle on. Very cocky and I didn't appreciate. That's not how you greet a patient. He needs to learn how to be more professional than that. It wasn't cute. He's lucky I didn't hurt all of his feeling. Always remember... I have always been treated very well here. Even way back in the COVID days, they were thoroughly gracious and patient in serving my needs. Always happy with Sheila Villacastin, she's wonderful!!! Fantastic 'bedside' manners every time.
So disgusted right now. My husband had bad diarrhea, either a stomach bug or food poisoning, and after 9 days I sent him to the dr. He told the front desk his symptoms and the guy said it sounded like the new Covid variant and go wait in the parking lot with a mask on. Then he came out, gave him a Covid test and sent him home with prescriptions to alleviate symptoms. Did not do blood or stool samples. Later called and said it wasn’t Covid so it was a useless visit. Erica is the only reason we have continued to utilize their services. Unfortunately, the office administration is about the worst we’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Sheila Villacastin is a great doctor honest I am glad that she is honest I am happy that she is from country it is good for her to communicate and listen my condition thank you for being honest God Blessed
