I have been a patient for 9 years. Used to be the best medical and office staff. Days of respect are gone. This practice is in a war with BCBS and REFUSES to see anyone on MEDICARE with.BCBS. They refuse to even accept cash for services if you have BCBS insurance. A form of coercion. 9 years and recommendations for friends and NO loyalty or concern of effects on Patients. Puts employees in firing line. BTW, these staff members change in the INVERNESS office, as frequently as people generally change underwear. No longer staff... read more

(Referring to the Inverness location) if I could give this practice zero stars, I would. I tried calling the office for over a month with no answer & no call backs. So I finally just walked into the office and filled out all of my new patient paperwork. The gentleman named Vinnie apologized and stated they have had issues with their phone lines. (Which now that I'm reading reviews, their phone lines have had issues for years) So today, one month after I walked into the office and filled out my paperwork, they want to call me... read more
