I was told that I would be called after lunch with an appointment for the same day. At 430pm I went back to the office only to be told that if she had done the work I would have gotten a call but because she had handed off the work the other lady had not done her job as promised. I was told nothing could be done and I would have to come back the next day even though I had explained I was at work.
