This place shut down. Went to appt and note on door referring to another place. No warning, call or anything. Very unprofessional! The other place we went does not do pain management. So need to find pain management dr. What a headache
I have been with this practice for years and have been happy since day 1 when I met Dr. Perez who was so empathetic to my situation now I only feel disappointed with how things have been done. The office has closed with no notice to the patients that they had closed. I went in person and saw another patient standing at the door confused because he has a 9:45 appointment and no one had called him.
