I felt as if the wait is unacceptable. There should not be more than a 15 minute wait for your appointment. The communication can improve. The doctor spent most of his time with his back to me. I feel as if these visits should be more face to face. Patients should feel comfortable that they are getting consistent care from their provider. I have seen 5 providers in 4 years. I gave this review 4 stars because I feel as though the service is improving.
My initial appointment was cancelled as a nurse practitioner had not renewed her contract. They tried to push my appointment into 2025. I refused so I was given an appointment at a different location. I tried to contact the doctor prior to the appointment but gave up after 40 minutes battling endless phone options that let to nowhere. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment.
