Dr. Amanda and her staff are incredible. I called because my son had an achey tooth. We had an appointment twenty minutes later and they fixed a fractured tooth same day! I couldn’t possibly ask for a better dentist for my kids!! Always so kind and we haven’t had a single issue with her work!
This is in reference to my husband’s review, he did get confused, but just about the braces being put on, otherwise the insurance part is correct! I took my youngest in a week ago and no one told me anything about my insurance no longer being in network, I find out by getting called and saying i will owe for my oldest appt, yet apparently you stopped with Metlife over a month ago and never notified us about it, which is very disappointing and concerning! Poor Communication My daughter has been coming to this place for the past few years. Recently, my oldest daughter had her braces put on by the doctor — only for them to inform us afterward* that they are no longer accepting our insurance. Unbelievable. Why would you move forward with the procedure and then tell us the insurance wouldn't be accepted? This is absolutely terrible communication and service. Very disappointed. Loss of respect!
Dr Amanda and her office staff are great. The office is always welcoming and comfortable. Every visit Dr Amanda comes out and explains what she did and any findings. Highly recommend Dr Amanda. My boys have been going to her for over 10 years now.
