We purchased and closed on a condo in Rotonda West on June 11th, 2025. Suncoast Title One of Englewood managed the closing. Thought things were complete until we received a past due HOA bill for the condo on April 1st, 2026 (that was originally due 1/1/25 and the responsibility of the previous condo owner). After further review, we determined that Suncoast failed to find and include the past due HOA bill on the Estoppel document processed during our 6/11/25 closing. Amanda Crane and the staff at Suncoast were exceptional to work with. They were professional, efficient, and prompt in assisting me with the closing of my fathers home after his passing. The staff was wonderful and communicated with me regularly to assist me and guide me through the entire process from start until end. Thank you Suncoast for making a stressful time much easier.

Staff is extremely courteous and professional. All aspects of the closing were done efficiently, accurately, and timely. Highly recommend their services. This was a difficult closing because a bank had incorrectly placed lien on the property being purchased. The bank was not responding on a timely basis, but Amanda and her crew kept on top of it, got the issue resolved, and successfully brought us to the closing table.
