Sales Associate convinced my daughter to join this "fan club". That ended up withdrawing $12 from her account every month and $70 for several magazine subscriptions. This was not explained and believe is was a crooked employee tried to meet a bonus for signing her up.
They sell empty dvd boxes and refuse to refund or replace the item. Horrible business.
